Bryan Forsyth is a Ph.D. with over thirty years of experience in learning and development. He is a certified consultant of the Association of Talent Development (ATD), with expertise in instructional design, corporate training, advanced facilitation, adult learning principles, and ROI measurement techniques. Bryan has led teams of up to 52 direct reports, including the Coaching team of the Workout (Jack Welch, Creator) Continuous Improvement process, improving productivity and achieving cost savings. He has also led numerous employee attitude and customer satisfaction surveys, resulting in better relations and performance. Bryan has a background in vocational education, human resources, change management, knowledge and learning management, among other fields. He is the founder and CEO of Human Potential Best Practices, LLC, and has worked as a dissertation chair, professor, course developer, faculty manager, program chair, and director at Walden University, Ottawa University, Colorado Technical University, DeVry University, Parks College, AG Communications Systems, The Iams Company, EFData Corporation, and other organizations.
