Bo has extensive experience working with venture-backed companies across multiple industries, including healthcare, e-commerce, F&B, and enterprise software, in providing counsel on corporate transactions, governance, and day-to-day affairs. Bo is a natural problem solver, having started his own e-commerce apparel retailer and home cleaning service during college and law school, respectively. He has a deep understanding of the challenges that entrepreneurs face and is dedicated to assisting them in overcoming these obstacles. A native Mandarin speaker, Bo is ideally suited to help companies navigate and succeed in the global economy. In his free time, Bo enjoys rock climbing, website design, and digital marketing. Bo previously worked as an associate in the restructuring group of Paul Hastings, and he holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of British Columbia and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
