Neisha Strambler-Butler is an accomplished human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. She has an impressive background working in every aspect of HR, including global compensation, benefits management, staffing, diversity consulting, and organization development. Her education includes two bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Organizational Behavior & Business Policy from SMU Cox School of Business, and an MBA from Northeastern University. Currently serving as Vice President in the People Department at American Airlines, Neisha's responsibilities include oversight of Total Rewards and Shared Services. Prior to American Airlines, she held several senior positions at Texas Instruments, including Head of Global Benefits and HR Programs, Director of Benefits, and Global Compensation Manager. Neisha is also pursuing a Master's in Organization Development from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
