Chris Agrawal is a patent attorney and President of the Association of IP Firms. With a JD and a BS from The George Washington University, Agrawal has experience working as a U.S. Patent Examiner, a Patent Attorney at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett, & Dunner, LLP, and an Attorney at Bookoff McAndrews, PLLC. He has also previously interned for a Patent Law Judge at the Board of Appeals and Interferences and served as the President of Patential Search Inc.

Agrawal uses his expertise to help tech companies protect their intellectual property by creating pragmatic patent strategies. He answers questions about patent protection, choosing between filing patents or keeping information as trade secrets, navigating competitor patents, and quantifying IP risk for company purchases. He is a former National Director of AIPLA's Giles S. Rich Moot Court IP Competition and a member and former Board Member of the South Asian Bar Association of DC (SABA-DC).
