Skiba also has experience in operations and recruiting, demonstrated in his tenure as Director of Development and Recruiting at Team NorCal Lacrosse, and as Athletic Advisor and Director of Lacrosse at Stuart Hall for Boys. He has also worked in accounting and collections at Gordon & Rees LLP.
