Tad Walter is an accomplished executive with an extensive background in human resources technology and program management. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. Tad has worked in a variety of industries, including technology, finance, and manufacturing, and has held senior positions at Johnson Controls, Convergys, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Barclays Capital. At Johnson Controls, he led the IT, Corporate Applications, and SAP Center of Excellence as the Executive Director. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of IT, Corporate Applications, and the Director of Global Human Resources Technology. Tad is passionate about program management, human resources, and technology, and his expertise and leadership have made him an invaluable asset to the organizations he has worked for.
