Priyanka Gupta is a seasoned HR professional with vast experience across four different industries, including HR consulting, banking, IT, and digital advertising. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Priyanka has held several key positions in top-tier organizations where she established new roles and transformed HR operations.

Priyanka is currently the Head of People Operations at Amplitude, where she oversees all areas of employee experience, including recruitment, performance management, employee benefits, and culture. Prior to joining Amplitude, she was the VP of People at AbleTo Inc., where she led the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to support company growth. Priyanka has also held several HR leadership roles at MediaMath, including Senior Director of HR Business Partner and Global HR Director of People Operations.

Apart from her HR career, Priyanka has diverse work experience that includes Associate Software Engineer at Birlasoft and Summer Intern at ITC Limited. She has a passion for building high-performing teams and creating a positive work environment that fosters growth and development.
