Richard Thomas is an accomplished founder, entrepreneur, and CEO in the IT industry. He studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Bath and has since worked for numerous companies in the field. Before founding his current company, Highlight, Richard worked as a software engineer for IBM (UK) Ltd and held other senior positions, including Managing Director at Winterfold Datacomm Ltd and Technical Director at Communique. Richard's mission with Highlight is to facilitate conversations between service providers and enterprises on the best delivery and use of IT services, simplifying the process of managing technology. He believes that management and leadership are skills you never stop learning and is passionate about building the right team of people for business success. Richard is also an avid sailor and coffee lover outside of his work life.
