Ari Medoff is the CEO of Arosa, a leading provider of integrated care management and caregiving services dedicated to attracting, training, retaining, and valuing the best care professionals.

With a rich history that dates back over 20 years, Arosa was established through the merger of LivHOME in California and Nurse Care of North Carolina, aiming to enhance care for seniors nationwide.

Ari Medoff holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a BA in Public Policy and History from Duke University.

Before taking the helm at Arosa, he founded Arosa LLC and held leadership roles at Nurse Care of North Carolina, Acumen Fund, Atrium Holding Company, and Lehman Brothers.
