Radford Tam is a seasoned Engineering Manager and Software Engineer with a broad range of experience in project management, software development, software architecture and design patterns. He studied Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon, and has worked for top companies such as Justworks, DailyCandy, Bottomline Technologies, Unisys, Shoulders Corporation, Black Octopus, and American Computer Technologies (ACT).

As Director of Engineering at Justworks, Radford led a team of developers, overseeing software development projects and implementing engineering best practices. He also helped to build and expand the company's Payment and Tax Unit during his stint as Interim Director. His expertise includes Ruby on Rails development, Java development, and web-based applications on both the server side and the client side.
