Jay Thaker, a Mumbai-bred Gujarati, is an accomplished entrepreneur and musician with a passion for human resources (HR). After studying marketing at the University of Mumbai, he held managerial positions at Burrp!, Directi, and Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd., where he honed his skills in account management and regional sales management. In 2013, he founded sumHR, a HR automation platform, that has garnered numerous awards and recognition since its inception. Despite his busy schedule, he never forgets his love for music and songwriting, and has dreams of producing his own music album.
