Wyndham Plumptre is a seasoned business consultant, entrepreneur, and venture investor. He is the founder and managing director of Upside, a consultancy and technology development firm that invests in talent development to help individuals and teams build exceptional businesses. With over a decade of experience in the private and public sector, Plumptre has advised the UK Government on implementing digital interfaces between buyers and suppliers, Blockchain/DLT applications in commercial and supply chain, and has worked with prominent clients in PwC and EY on large commercial or operational change programs. He is an alumnus of Oxford Brookes University, where he studied Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Additionally, he was formerly a mentor at Techstars and CEO at Cimple.
