Jessica Hegarty is a Business Development Manager at The Leadership Board, an organization that helps HR directors in the UK and DACH region to collaborate and solve their challenges. Her main task is to build long-lasting relationships with enterprise HR leaders and providing them with a safe-space for sharing pain-points and collaborating with their peers. Prior to joining The Leadership Board, Jessica worked as a Graphic Designer at Pureprint - Group. She studied Graphic Communication and Typography at the University of Reading.
