Brian Beverly is a highly experienced patent attorney and founding partner of Beeson Skinner Beverly, LLP, based in California. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley in 1976, he completed his legal education at Golden Gate University School of Law, where he earned his JD in 1981. Since then, he has built a successful practice focused on procuring and protecting patents and trademarks for clients in diverse fields, including heavy industries, sports, medical equipment, and construction equipment.

In addition to representing clients before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Mr. Beverly advises companies on securing and preserving their intellectual property rights in global markets through a network of foreign associates.
