Bogdan Ripa

Bogdan Ripa is an entrepreneur with a strong background in product management and engineering.

He co-founded his first startup, InterAKT Online, at the age of 21, focusing on consultancy for web apps and later expanding into product development for web developers.

After the acquisition of InterAKT Online by Adobe, Bogdan transitioned to roles in engineering and product management, contributing significantly to Adobe's Romanian campus expansion and digital media product suite.

With over 8 years at Adobe, Bogdan then ventured back into the startup scene, joining Vector Watch as the head of product management, before the company was acquired by Fitbit.

At Fitbit, he served as a Senior Director of Product Management, overseeing the Network cluster and spearheading new product developments.

Currently, Bogdan Ripa holds the position of VP of Product Management at UiPath, where he is instrumental in expanding the company's product suite.

His educational background includes studies in Analyst - Programmer and Computer Science, as well as a Master's in IT.

Bogdan has been associated with reputable organizations like UiPath, Fitbit, Vector Watch, and Adobe Systems Romania, holding various leadership positions in product management and engineering.
