His impressive professional journey began as a Senior Business Analyst at Experian, which led him to take on roles as Director of Product Development and Innovation at Urbis, National Manager of Research and Strategy at Stockland, and Head of Knowledge and Strategic Research at Westfield. He has also held executive positions in Data Republic, serving as Chief Analytics Officer and Commercial Director.

In addition to his work experience, Millward is also a founding director of TDI The Data Institute, where he spearheads the development of data and analytics solutions across various industries.
