Ricardo P. Silva has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, working with various market segments, managing teams and suppliers, and leading the inception, validation, development, and operationalization of software projects and digital products. He has a strong background in IT, internet, digital products, marketing strategies, and project management using Agile methods (Scrum). Ricardo is an entrepreneur with a strategic vision, a focus on innovation, and an ability to connect with clients, negotiate deals, resolve conflicts, and collect feedback. He is also skilled in leading and managing teams, delivering presentations, developing and giving courses and lectures, designing and launching products, and using data analysis tools.

Ricardo possesses functional knowledge in Lean Inception, e-business, IoT, digital transformation, and digital marketing. He also understands the workings of Gateways of Payment and is proficient in Google Analytics, ADS, and Maps API. Ricardo has experience in designing, developing, and managing digital products and services, customer relationship management, and the development and implementation of electronic marketing strategies. He is a PMI-based project manager, and he knows how to use Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ricardo's technological skills include expertise in diverse databases, programming languages, cloud computing, DevOps platforms, Microsoft Office, and software architecture. He can design apps on Cordova/Phonegap platforms, publish them on Applestore and Playstore, and has knowledge of SOA and BPM.

Ricardo holds a Master's in Computer Engineering, an MBA, and postgraduate degrees in engineering and computer science. He has worked as a senior project manager at Kumulus, CTO, and project manager/product owner at RPS.info, as well as in management positions in various companies, such as Editora Moderna, Imovelweb, Visie, and Accurate Software. He has also taught at Anhanguera Educacional, FIAP, and Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo.
