Jenna Bilotta is an accomplished product-focused designer, entrepreneur, and design leader with a wealth of experience and expertise driving creative projects to success. Notably, she has held positions as Senior Director of Design, Growth at Shopify, VP of Product Design at LaunchDarkly, and Vice President of Design, Premium at Spotify, among others. Jenna has also founded and served as CPO at Avocado Software, Inc., and acted as a mentor at First Round Capital.

Jenna's lifelong interest in art led her to study for a BFA in Digital Multimedia at Atlanta College of Art and Design, followed by an MS in Information Design & Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology. Somewhat of a polymath, Jenna has also worked as a freelance graphic designer and accessibility researcher.

Focusing in recent years on long-term product strategy and vision, team and culture building, organizational excellence, coaching, and solving large-scale, complex design problems, Jenna has honed her creative vision and honed her leadership skills.
