Tomi Keskinen's career has been a blend of highly analytical and technical positions. With a B.Sc in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Accounting and Finance, he has a diverse range of knowledge and experiences. Keskinen is currently working at Quuppa as a Product Support Manager, managing a team of highly skilled Customer Engineers. Before Quuppa, Keskinen worked as an Analyst at Mehiläinen, a healthcare service provider, and as a specialist in restaurant KPIs and a controller at Fazer Food Services.

At Aalto University, Keskinen worked as a Course Assistant and a Research Assistant. He took a semester abroad at Deakin University, Australia, which offered him a global perspective on his studies. Through his professional career, Keskinen's focus has been on problem-solving, data analysis, and excellent customer service. These have been invaluable assets in his current role managing customer support and product development at Quuppa.
