Ronan Leonard is a 35-year veteran entrepreneur and business educator with a diverse background. Before co-founding Trnsform Management Consulting, he survived a near-death experience while working on cruise ships and worked in high-level casino management. Ronan started, scaled, and exited a national events business, mentored start-ups, and became an expert in teaching Napoleon Hill's Mastermind philosophy. Valuing relationships first, Ronan seeks to create personal and professional alignment in everything he achieves. He enjoys the challenge of creating different business models and testing new concepts, all aimed at providing value.

Ronan is currently focused on how increasing engagement in businesses drives accountability, trust, and growth. He aims to create dashboards that help identify underperforming strategies or new growth ideas, without the fancy suits or jargon. Honesty, tenacity, generosity, and creativity are essential to his work, which aligns experience, knowledge, and integrity.

Ronan's education includes attending The Foundation and Hereford Sixth Form College, where he studied Bachelor's Degree, B-TEC Business Studies– Distinction. He also studied at Toastmasters. Ronan has held various positions, such as Managing Director Australia at Trnsform Management Consulting, Founder at Return On Intellect and Eccountability, and Podcast Host at Noble Founder Podcast.
