Paul Bridgeman, a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive, boasts over 24 years of experience in representing products and services to various marketplaces that include biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and academics. With impressive skills in identifying, recruiting, coaching, and retaining client-facing personnel, he has successfully developed sales force resources that have attained corporate revenue objectives over the years.

Paul is currently a Leadership Coach, Sales Training Facilitator, and Career Transition Coach at The Travis Group, Inc., where he coaches Executive Development and Career Transition Program participants. He also heads the Sales Force Development Services practice, directing the sales, development, and implementation of solutions that increase customer loyalty and build revenue for the company's clients across diverse industries.

Paul attended Arcadia High School before receiving his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
