Richard Bayyouk is a seasoned financial expert with a diverse professional background that includes roles in business development, finance, and investment banking. Bayyouk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School and began his career as a consultant at Huron Consulting Group. Bayyouk has also held senior analyst positions in investment banking at Citi and KBW, where he specialized in global industrials and depository institutions. In addition to his banking background, Bayyouk has held several finance director and vice president roles at Ace Portal, Orchard Platform, Aligned Energy, and Tier Reit, where he focused on capital markets, FP&A, and business development.
