Luly Del Pozo

Luly Del Pozo is an accomplished professional with a strong background in recruiting and development initiatives within the legal industry.

She has effectively managed various aspects of the recruiting process, including lateral attorney searches, on-campus recruiting programs, and summer associate programs.

In her role, Luly oversees budget preparation, database systems, and relationships with search firms, law schools, and career services professionals.

She is proactive in performing attorney background checks, managing new attorney orientations, and overseeing mentoring programs to ensure the seamless integration of new hires.

Luly holds an AA from Miami Dade College and has studied Management Information Systems at Florida International University.

Her experience includes serving as the Recruiting and Development Manager at O'Melveny and Myers, where she previously held roles as the Attorney Recruiting and Development Administrator as well as the Attorney Recruiting Coordinator.
