Catra Darusman is an experienced entrepreneur and innovation enthusiast, with almost a decade of experience in business, engineering, product and project management, program innovation and facilitation. He has a Master's degree in business administration and management, and a Bachelor's degree in physics. He declares himself as a generalist, with skills that focus on critical and strategic thinking, strong determination and the ability to work well with people, making a positive contribution to the company's goals. During his free time, he runs a small record label in Jakarta, expressing his passion for the music community.

Over the course of his career, Catra Darusman has held various positions in organizations such as Konversi - Design Sprint Agency, Kumpul Coworking Space, Oddbit, SecondMuse, PT Valetic Tekno Solusi, PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero), PT. Teras Teknik Perdana as a Sprint Facilitator, Product Development Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Product Business Development and Jr. Geophysicist. His knowledge and network ranges from engineering and business development in the energy sector to founding a tech-based company, and supporting Innovators community in the accelerator program and startup ecosystem.
