Tuck Rickards is a highly experienced technology and digital transformation expert with an impressive background. He is currently a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he offers advice on talent and innovation to Fortune 500 organizations. Tuck is also a member of the CEO/Board Services practice and the Technology sector, as well as a leader of the Digital Transformation practice at Russell Reynolds Associates.

With a particular emphasis on recruiting high-impact digital leaders specializing in mobile, social, and analytics, Tuck has worked closely with both private equity and venture capital firms. He focuses much of his work on digital transformation assignments in healthcare and education. Tuck is also the author of several thought pieces related to digital, including “WebDNA” and Digital Boards.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1998, Tuck was the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Virtual Emporium, Inc. He was also the Product Manager of Multimedia Accessories at Harman International and a Vice President at Montgomery Securities. Additionally, Tuck worked as a consultant with Corporate Decisions, Inc. and spent time as a financial analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Tuck received his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he remains an active alumnus. He also studied Economics at Williams College. Tuck is actively involved in several organizations, including Tech Boston, where he is a member of the Governing Board, the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, where he is a Trustee, and the Bay Area Council in San Francisco, where he serves as a Board Director.
