Bill Brasier is a seasoned wireless systems engineer with over 30 years of experience in the field. He has a wealth of experience in developing wireless products and systems, as well as leading engineering teams in start-ups and small to medium-sized companies. Bill's specialties include knowledge of VoIP and wireless data protocols such as IEEE802.11, DECT, and Bluetooth. He also has significant experience in project management, especially with remote teams. Bill has held various leadership roles throughout his career, including Chief Systems Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation, VP Engineering at Quartzview, and VP Engineering at Vubiq Inc., to name a few. He has also had extensive involvement with start-up companies and team building. Bill is a graduate of both Stanford University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he studied Electrical Engineering, and is a certified commercial pilot and flight instructor.
