Li Zhuang is a senior executive with extensive leadership experience in the financial services and consulting industries, serving in various leadership roles in Asia, the Middle East, UK, and US. She specializes in corporate strategy, organizational restructuring, marketing, customer insights, change management, and sales distribution transformation. She has a first language fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

With a degree in B Eng, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Li Zhuang brings a unique blend of technical and business acumen to her role.

She is currently the Chief Executive Officer at FWD Insurance, where she previously served as the Group Head of Agency Distribution. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at AIA, Standard Chartered Bank, and Great Eastern Life Assurance.

Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Li Zhuang gained invaluable experience at top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. She also worked as a Senior Officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board.
