Thomas Oehl started his educational journey at Schule Schloss Salem, where he completed his Abitur before studying International Management at Munich Business School. He took his brewing expertise up a notch after training at Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu GmbH as a Brauer und Mälzer Geselle IHK.

Over the years, Thomas Oehl has invested in numerous companies, including IQM Quantum Computers, Isar Aerospace, Soley, ObjectBox, vr-on GmbH, SimScale GmbH, and Artisense Corporation. He has also served as a Board Observer at Service Partner ONE, which was acquired by KÄRCHER.
