Scott Gorlick is a former head of mobile operations at Uber who helped build the ride-hailing company in Atlanta and expand its operations globally. He has since focused on investing in and advising startups with a passion for partnering with founders at the earliest stage. Gorlick holds a BA in Public Policy; Markets and Management, Political Science, Magna Cum Laude from Duke University. He has worked as a startup investor at Investor and AngelTrack at First Round Capital. Gorlick has also served as the operating partner at Florida Funders and board observer at PICKUP. Additionally, he is an alumnus of Y Combinator's Startup Investor School and a former senior operations & logistics manager at Uber. He has also worked as a management consultant, strategy and operations at Deloitte and as a summer analyst at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley.
