Robby Sikka is a seasoned medical expert and an esteemed sports analytics professional. Sikka has an impressive track record of leadership positions, currently serving as the Vice President of Basketball Performance and Technology for the Minnesota Timberwolves. As an Associate Director of Data Analytics at the Mayo Clinic, he played a pivotal role in advancing the Clinic's research and development initiatives. His previous work experience includes Regional Director of Anesthesiology at Anesthesia Management Solutions, Founder at Sports Medicine Analytics Research Team and Lead Clinical Research Scientist at TRIA Orthopaedic Center.

He has been closely associated with several reputable organizations during his career, including Park Nicollet Health Services, where he worked as an Anesthesiologist.
