Zaira Mughal, an accomplished strategist with over 13 years of experience in communications, project, and community development. She began her career in the Middle East, where she worked with top-notch consumer, business and cultural brands such as Nike, Toyota, Sony, The Abraaj Group, Mubadala Investment Group, Art Abu Dhabi, and Abu Dhabi Film festival. Her passion for exploring culture and human behavior led her to refocus her professional career towards community and education for social good. In line with this vision, she joined Teach For All in 2019 as Director of Communities and Connections to create collective leadership in classrooms and communities, ensuring all children fulfill their potential. Zaira is also vested in nurturing the potential of the upcoming generation by mentoring with Everwise and through her independent practice of transformative coaching. Moreover, she serves on the board of Humanity Lab Foundation, a movement to unlock human potential to change the world. Zaira holds a bachelor’s degree in Film and Media from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK and is a qualified co-active coach.
