Charles Chandler is an expert, author, speaker, and podcaster, with three decades of experience working in large business, non-profit, and government organizations in over 25 countries. He is the founder of Assumption Analysis, Inc. and the originator and leading proponent of Management by Positive Organizational Effectiveness, a new approach to management that aims to embed positive values within the organization.

Charles has a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin and an MS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, both in engineering. He also has a bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Through his work, Charles helps organizations make sense of the situation they find themselves in so that they can achieve positive outcomes, fully occupy their chosen niche, and make the world a better place. Charles provides top executives with the tools and knowledge to create Truly Great organizations by analyzing their organization as a complex adaptive system, embedded within and interacting with other complex adaptive systems in the real world. He focuses on the delivery of tangible and intangible benefits to both supply-side and demand-side stakeholders.
