Julian Hall is a highly experienced programme management specialist with numerous professional qualifications under his belt. His expertise lies in delivering and supporting large-scale, complex, and regulatory portfolios, programmes, and projects. Julian has amassed extensive experience in the financial services, technology, and media industries, where he has managed IT and equipment programmes worth up to £60m.

He has established, built, and led successful Programme Management Office teams that provide robust governance and controls on regulatory programmes. Julian has also produced programme assurance reports on programmes worth up to £32bn, recommending improvements to support successful programme delivery and briefing senior executives on the justification for the recommendations.

Julian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Services Engineering from Loughborough University, a Diploma in Management Studies from The Open University, and several professional certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, ITIL FSMv3, CoBIT5, and CIPP/E.

Before starting his consulting career, Julian served in the UK Ministry of Defence, Defence Equipment and Support, and as an Operations Officer at 1st Battalion Prince of Wales's Own Regiment of Yorkshire.
