Windows 10 Project Manager

-  Assist project managers with the preparation and distribution of all project change controls.
-  Assist with project documentation and ensure documentation is authorised; distributed and submitted to the project support office within set deadlines.
-  Assist the project managers with creating and updating project plans.
-  Maintain the project calender.
-  Windows 10 Image builds using SCCM on new laptops and workstations as well as administering Bitlocker encryption software.
-  Maintain/monitor Virtual Infrastructure environment.
-  Deployment of new laptops and complete hardware refresh at users desk including VIP users.
-  Complete set up of new user desks in the company's new office including traders and VIP Users.
-  Scheduling and assigning user deployments via Airtable.
-  Manage cancelled and amended deployments via Airtable.

Investec

Windows 10 Project

2nd/3rd Line IT support working across three London sites covering 6,000 users including traders and VIP users. My key responsibilities include;

-  Provide 2nd/3rd line technical and infrastructure support.
-  Managing hardware/infrastructure requests/incidents within the agreed SLA's using ITSM.
-  Working on projects such as hardware refresh, Skype for business migration and roll-out, windows 10 roll out and agile working.
-  Managing meeting room IT setups for internal and external auditors. I developed a new process on how the requests are raised and carried out an audit to streamline the process for all teams involved.
-  PXE network build and deployment of all new laptops and workstations using Windows 7 and Windows 10.
-  Maintain/monitor Virtual Infrastructure environment (VMWare/HyperV).
-  Moves, changes and full preparation across three London sites working alongside the moves department and trader voice team.
-  Deployment of Apple and Blackberry mobile devices.

2nd/3rd Line IT Support @ BNP Paribas

Field Support Engineer for Excel IT working on Projects, Moves & Changes and BAU End User and Data Centre support for various clients across the UK and Europe including Direct Line Group, UBS, Macquarie and BNP Paribas. I have completed various support and project roles to include;

IT Project Engineer

Key achievements

1. Selected to train new starters.
2. Given the responsibility of ensuring staff follow end of day procedures e.g all applications locked away safely every day.
3. Due to previous experience I was in control of telephone queries coming into the office.

-  Inputting and checking applications for business credit cards
-  Answering calls and dealing with appropriately
-  Improving efficiency by organizing the work place for a safe and professional environment
-  Training new starters to check small business credit cards.

Admin

Monitoring and managing the IT environments throughout the Duetsche Bank campus, including remote sites, with the objective that they were maintained (with IT equipment installation, patching and copper and fibre installation) to the Global Network Services standard.

Duties include working closely with voice and data engineering staff within the bank, often during weekends and public holidays, concentrating on the following disciplines:
- Move and change preparation
- Carrying out move adds and change works via Remedy.
- Assisting installation teams in new provision of voice and data services
- Worked closely with Cogent and BT engineers, providing assistance with the change over from Mitel and Centrex systems to Meridian and IPC MX dealer boards
- Network and Voice Patching, Moves and Changes: Part of a team responsible for all network, voice (jumpering on krone and 110) and fibre patching throughout the London campus. First line user support, network support, all moves and changes to network and voice related patching for various types of systems including Cisco, Bloomberg, Mitel, Avistar
- Decommissioning and re-commissioning of desktop PC’s, patching and fault finding.
