Masahito Takagi is a renowned academician and industry expert with a diverse skill set that spans across engineering, innovation management, and copyright clearance. He studied at Tokyo Gakugei University Senior High School before beginning his illustrious career, which has seen him serve in various capacities in different organizations such as the Science Council of Japan, Japan Academic Association for Copyright Clearance, and the Japan Society for Research Policy and Innovation Management, among others.
Masahito Takagi's expertise in industry-academia-government collaboration, standardization, and innovation management has earned him numerous accolades, including being a visiting professor at the University of Tokyo Agriculture and Technology and a visiting scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
