Allison Winstel is a talented problem-solver with experience in public, private, and nonprofit sectors who has excelled in guiding organizations through transformation and growth. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a Nonprofit Management Major from Indiana University and working in various internships and leadership positions, Allison studied at the University of Michigan where she earned her Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Policy in Social Policy. Allison has since worked as a Consultant, Strategy & Operations at Deloitte Consulting, and as a Consultant at UnitedHealthcare and United Way of Washtenaw County. As a Workshop Facilitator at CommonGround - The Program on Intergroup Relations at the University of Michigan, Allison has also shared her skills in peer leadership and personal development programs.

Allison is passionate about driving social change through cross-sector collaboration and in exploring innovative and longstanding practices for more sustainable solutions. She continues to develop her expertise in strategy development, process improvement, project management, data analytics, and relationship management. In her free time, Allison invests heavily in the development of future leaders through mentoring and facilitation.
