I'm the Head of Connectivity at Teach For All, a growing global network of 60 independent partner organizations and nearly 100,000 teachers, alumni and staff, all working to ensure all children have the opportunity to fulfil their potential. My team works to foster connectivity in the network to spread learning and innovations across borders.  As the size of the global network grows, the value of a thriving interconnected global community also grows exponentially.

A full time secondment from Teach First to Teach First NZ for two months, where my role was to develop and advise on Teach First NZ's Alumni strategy. I conducted research with key members from the alumni community and delivered innovation events with multiple stakeholders to inform the strategy development and my subsequent recommendations.

I coordinated Britain’s biggest climate change campaign - a supercharged national occasion to inspire a new wave of action on climate change - in the education sector through building and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in education, to inspire them to hold events during Climate Week 2013 and commit to tackling climate change.

- I led the Citizenship Department and whole school Spiritual, Moral, Social & Cultural Education.
- I increased the percentage of pupils achieving an A*- C in GCSE Citizenship from 7.6% to 96% and engaged more students in Citizenship, leading to a 50% increase in students choosing to study at GCSE.
- I established Citizenship as a credible subject on the curriculum and in the school community.

- I forged long-lasting commitment to addressing educational disadvantage and developed profound and powerful network of like-minded students, teachers, participants and ambassadors.

- I project managed innovation pipeline for Oxfam’s first fundraising product for universities. It launched in June 2011, raising over £10,000 in pilot year.
- I learnt how to apply a commercial innovation process to a social problem, how to design and deliver innovation activities.
- I designed and implemented a successful communications strategy which delivered a record number of volunteers signing up to hold Oxjam events meaning that Oxjam 2010 beat its fundraising target.
- I managed an online community using a content management system and learnt how to write in basic HTML.

- I planned and organised visits from foreign diplomats, government ministers, NGO representatives, lecturers and students from around the world to UNHCR Headquarters.
- I devised educational programs differentiated to the needs of each visiting group.
- I prepared tailored support packs and presentations for each visiting group using UNHCR resources.
- I organised for different personnel from UNHCR to speak to the groups depending on their interests.
- I was requested by a Senior Policy Advisor to help with preparations for the High Commissioner’s Dialogue 2009.  Responsibilities included preparing the guest list for the event and greeting attendees and event logistics during the Dialogue to ensure it ran smoothly.
