Roshan is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with a diverse background in product development and engineering of complex systems. He is also experienced in marketing and sales of technical and consulting services, new product and brand development. He holds a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and has worked for several organizations in different capacities.

Roshan is the founder and Managing Director at Launchpad Academy, an organization that provides training and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs. He has also served as a volunteer organizer at Startup Weekend Bangalore, where he helped coordinate events and activities for startup enthusiasts. Prior to that, he was the Co-founder and Head of New Business Development at Cusen Engineering Services and Cusen Systems LLP, where he was involved in developing and implementing new business strategies.
