Esther Gonzalez Florez is a highly accomplished professional with broad expertise in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and analytics. With over 15 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, she has worked with global and national companies in retail, consumer products, financial services, and private equity, focusing on customer strategy, product management, loyalty, segmentation, international expansion, operational excellence, and M&A. Currently a VP at Bain & Company, she oversees the Corporate Development and M&A initiatives for Technology and Analytics, managing global teams across Latin America, Europe, and the USA.

Esther is a leader of Women@Bain initiatives in South America and has been recognized for her work in advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (Spain) and an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is based out of São Paulo.
