Leslie Strong is an accomplished leader and culture expert with extensive experience in executive coaching, women's leadership, and diversity and inclusion. An English major from Carleton University, Strong received her Executive Coaching Certification from the Royal Roads University. Her greatest passion is to help organizations build successful sponsor-sponsoree relationships and accelerate leadership, engagement, and inclusion. Strong co-founded Sandboxx Corporation, where she served as CEO and Chief Equality Officer, and implemented unique sponsorship principles to match senior leaders with sponsorees. Prior to that, she worked at GenderMark International as the Managing Partner. Strong shares her expertise on women's leadership in her book, The YOU Factor, and as an Executive Coach at Strong Coaching. In addition, she is a Leadership Strategist at The Catherine Wheel.
