Alan Clarke is a seasoned digital transformation expert, holding an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Bath. He has extensive professional experience in Agile delivery, cloud services, Project and Programme Management, System and Solution Architecture, Systems Integration, and IT led business transformation.

Currently, Alan is a member of PA Consulting Group's management group (partner) where he leads the global alliances with AWS, GCP, and Azure. Additionally, he spearheads the central government Agile delivery proposition, a crucial position given his recent work at the UK Home Office. As the Immigration Platform Software Delivery Lead and Lead Architect for one of the largest Agile at scale programs in government, he provided leadership and direction to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of IT systems.

Alan has a strong foundation in pre-sales, which enables him to shape clear product visions and deliver rapid prototypes before scaling to enterprise solutions. He is an expert in risk management, complex areas, and ensures successful incremental delivery of IT systems. Throughout his career, he has held several positions in reputable organizations like Identity and Passport Service, LCH.Clearnet, Reuters, and Natural England.
