Pavel Votchitsev

Pavel Votchitsev is a cross-functional entrepreneur with expertise in project management and product development leadership, specializing in mobile product management, IT project and program management, knowledge engineering, remote team leading, and organizational design consulting. Pavel has led large engineering teams, including 250 engineers at Tochka bank, through holacracy flat organizations. He has also led product development for iFunny Team, a top 10 entertainment app in the USA with 3.5M DAU, and the communication suite for the first 4G phone Yota HTC MAX.

Pavel has a diverse technical and academic staff background and has founded academic and students open-source developers community in Russia. He has collaborated with over 50 startups and developed over 70 competence maps, leading to over 200 successful placements. Pavel has experience with software engineering process adjustment and fine-tuning, organizational design (OKR, Holacracy), data mining academic research in post-graduate education, and TRIZ.

Pavel is also an experienced mentor and knowledge engineer, registered as a Google Teacher and ACM Computer Science Teacher, with four years of experience teaching and research in corporate tech and soft training programs and game-changing education sectors. He has organized four EdTech public events as a speaker and organizer.

Pavel Votchitsev has studied Executive Education in Project Management for Social Entrepreneurs and holds a certificate from St. Petersburg University at Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University. He has also completed Post Graduate studies in data mining and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University.
