David Nelson is a seasoned public service and government relations expert with over 20 years of experience. He has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Brandman University and Sierra College, respectively. Throughout his career, David has served on several public boards and commissions and has been actively involved in legislative advocacy. He is currently the Director of Public Policy at CalAsian Chamber and has previously held positions such as Director of Government Relations at Gavrilov & Brooks, Principal Consultant at Capitol Regions, and Regional Liaison Manager at California Department of Tax and Fee Administration and California State Board of Equalization. David has also served on the Community Advisory Board of UC Davis Health System and as Statewide Liaison - California at America's SBDC. With his extensive experience and integrity, David can effectively navigate Capitol relations and help his clients achieve their strategic government relations objectives.
