Keome Rowe
Keome Rowe is an accomplished diplomat and Foreign Service Officer of the United States Department of State, who has served in key diplomatic roles in Pakistan and China. He is an expert in public administration, international relations, security studies, and conflict resolution. Keome has a strong educational background, having earned a Joint Masters of Public Administration and International Relations degree from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
In addition to his academic accomplishments, Keome has worked as a foreign policy fellow with the U.S. House of Representatives and has been part of The White House’s Office of Presidential Correspondence. He was also the Assistant to the Mayor for Legislative and Public Affairs and Major Initiatives at the City of Fort Worth's Mayor's Office, where he helped create and manage several public engagement initiatives.
Keome has received several awards for his outstanding work, including the Maxwell Dean's Scholarship Award and the Congressional Gold Medal Award. He is an experienced travel leader and has led delegations to Italy, Mexico, and Swaziland. He is also fluent in several languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, and Urdu. As an avid tennis player, Keome loves to stay active and enjoys being part of his local community.
