Joe has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including his current role as the Chief Executive Officer at VEAP - Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People. Previously, he served as the Lead Pastor / Executive Director and Director of Operations & Head of Staff at Upper Room, where he successfully guided the church to become one of the largest and most respected congregations in the area.
