Thomas Rajan

Thomas Rajan is an accomplished professional with a strong background in talent management, compensation & benefits, co-brand partnerships, learning and development, and strategic leadership.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business.

Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent and Total Rewards at American Airlines, having previously held the role of Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at the same company.

His experience at American Airlines also includes leadership positions as Managing Director in areas such as Global Co-Brand Partnerships and Global Learning.

Prior to his tenure at American Airlines, Thomas held significant leadership roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Leadership Development and National Vice President of Strategic Leadership Development.

Before his time at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, he gained valuable experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and as an Associate at the same firm.

Thomas also has a rich history in the aviation industry, with past roles at US Airways as Manager of Route Planning and Senior Analyst of International Route Planning, as well as previous experience at The Boeing Company as a Business and Planning Analyst.
