Colm McCormack is an accomplished Operations professional with more than two decades of experience in Claims and Operations management. He has a proven track record of expanding roles, developing high-performing teams, and executing strategies that contribute to long-term business success. McCormack has worked with several organizations, including Elephant Insurance, Rockingham Insurance, and RT Specialty, where he is currently the Operations Manager. He is responsible for managing VIP, Renewal, Bind, Inspection, Admin, Auditing, Cancellations, Outsourced and Vendor teams across the US, UK and Europe, and a premium of $15 billion. McCormack has extensive experience in Process Automation, SOP creation, Vendor and Outsource Partner Management, Data Analysis, Injury Litigation and Negotiation, and Training Management. He holds an MBA in Management from Trinity College Dublin and a BA in Law and Business from Griffith College Dublin. In addition to his professional experience, McCormack has worked as a Strategy and Leadership Lecturer at the CMI - Communications & Management Institute.
