Megan Bocking
Megan Bocking is a highly educated and experienced museum professional with a background in fine arts and museum studies. She holds a Master's degree in Art Museum Gallery Education from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Saskatchewan. Megan has held various leadership roles in the Canadian Museum of Nature, including as a Project Leader in Content and formerly as Head of Programs, as well as previously working as an Instructor for the Applied Museum Studies Program at Algonquin College. She has also worked at the Bytown Museum, the National Gallery of Canada, and the Mendel Art Gallery.
Megan is passionate about museum education and visit planning, using her extensive knowledge and experience to develop captivating programs and exhibitions for visitors. Her expertise lies in program development, management, and evaluation, as well as in curriculum development, teacher training, and exhibit design.
