Ann W. Delap, an experienced and knowledgeable foodservice consultant from Tennessee, has made her mark on the culinary industry with over 25 years of professional experience. Since 2007, she has been an independent consultant, after serving as Senior Project Manager for Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation for over two decades. In that role, she designed and supervised the installation of foodservice facilities for a variety of clientele, including schools, hospitals, restaurants, cafeterias, correctional facilities, convention centers, and churches. She also collaborated closely with architects, clients, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure successful project completion, and trained staff members on proper usage of the newly installed equipment.
