Sharon Peake, CPsychol

Sharon Peake is an accomplished career development and talent management leader with over 20 years of experience working across diverse industries and geographies. She holds an MSc in Occupational & Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of East London. Sharon has worked with global FTSE50 companies and has a proven track record of developing and implementing gender talent and diversity strategies, coaching senior executives, building career models, and leading succession planning initiatives.

Sharon has published her expert opinion in leading publications such as Forbes.com and Virgin.com, and she has spoken at international conferences on gender diversity and career change. Her particular areas of interest include helping women achieve their potential, supporting individuals experiencing career transitions, and removing barriers to women's career progression. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees at Born Free Foundation and has previously held senior roles at SABMiller, Reed Elsevier, and LexisNexis, among others. She is also the former Founder and Managing Director of Shape Talent Ltd and was Managing Director at Sharon Peake Career Consulting.
